Platinum Portuguese Automatic International Watch Co., Schaffhausen, "Portuguese Automatic", No. 142/500, movement No. 2949719, case No. 3056976, Ref. 5001. Made in a limited edition of 500 examples, sold in December 2004. Very fine and rare, large, self-winding, water-resistant, platinum wristwatch with date, 7-day power-reserve and a platinum IWC deployant clasp. Accompanied by the fitted IWC wooden box, certificate and instructions.

C 5000, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 44 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, micrometer regulator, skeletonized bidirectional rotor with gold medallion inlay engraved "IWC - Probus Scafusia - Seven (7) Days Power-Reserve". Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 42 mm. Thickness 14 mm.
