Notes

IWC Mark 11: Introduced in 1948 to be supplied to the British Royal Air Force to be used by its navigators and pilot, and later to the Australian, New Zealand, and South African Airforces. The Mark XI fitted with the caliber 89 enclosed in a soft iron cage was considered a highly accurate and robust timepiece suitable for all type of mission. The dial has a broad arrow, a symbol of the cron. The Mark XI was phased out by the RAF in 1981.
