Silver ring withchamplevé Roman numerals, annular revolving gold ring in the center engraved with annual calendar and rotating with sidereal speed showing sidereal time, gold Zodiac ring, center engraved with different latitudes, gold rete on the back with gold rule. Blued-steel hands, the hour hand fitted with a gold sun at the end, the minute with gold disc in the center symbolizing the Earth. M. Cal. IW(C) 972, 35 mm, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance with self-compensating Breguet balance spring, micrometric regulator.Signed on dial, case, movement ring, the movement signedby IW(C) .Diam. 51 mm.

The present watch shows mean time by the blued steel hour and minute hand, sidereal time by the revolving gold astrolabe ring and date by the hour hand against the engraved annular calendar on the astrolabe ring. Date setting is via a push-piece in the case at 1 o?clock, time setting is performed in the usual manner.
