This exceptional IWC Mark XII Platinum (Ref. 3241009) consigned directly from its original owner who has meticulously cared for the watch since its purchase in 1998. Over nearly three decades, this timepiece has been preserved in excellent condition, with a sharply preserved case and well-defined, deep hallmarks, reflecting the dedication and respect given to it.The owner also made an additional purchase of the IWC stainless steel bracelet, providing two versatile ways to wear the watch: with the original strap and platinum pin buckle, or with the stainless steel bracelet, enhancing both style and functionality.Produced as a limited edition of only 500 pieces, this particular model stands out even further due to its rare black Mark IX dial variant. According to research, only about 80 of these black dial versions were made, believed to be designated for the Japanese market, making it an exceptionally scarce find. This watch is offered complete with all original accessories, including the limited edition box, the original certificate, original warranty card dated May 2nd, 1998 and booklets.
