IWC REF. 3740 FLIEGER CHRONOGRAPH STEEL International Watch Co., Schaffhausen, "Der Fliegerchronograph", case No. 2837188, Ref. 3740. Made circa 2000s. Fine, water-resistant, stainless steel quartz wristwatch with round button chronograph with date and a stainless steel IWC buckle.

Two-body, polished and brushed, concave lugs, stepped bezel, screwed-down case back and crown, anti-magnetic protecting shield, domed sapphire crystal. Black with white Arabic numerals and square dots indexes, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers, aperture for the date between 4 and 5. Luminous steel "bâton" hands. Ca. 631, quartz standardization with mechanical chronograph mechanism.
