Notes

This watch is likely manufactured based on British Patent no.11,050, as referenced in The Horological Journal of September 1886. The journal states the following: "Leopold Beguelin, Tramelin, Switzerland - 'Improvements in Watches, termed Universal Watches,' dated 17 September 1885. This invention pertains to a watch that provides accurate time for the principal cities of the world with ease. It utilizes two annular fixed dials, one on the face and the other on the back of the watch, along with two moving dials. One of these moving dials rotates with the minute hand, and the other rotates with 'the hour hand of the watch.'"
