"RAF" Jaeger-LeCoultre, No. 319527, case No. 279970, Ref. 9293. Made in the early 1940s. Fine, water-resistant, nickel-plated military wristwatch.
C. Two-body, polished and brushed, stainless steel screweddown case back with British military issue marks, concave lugs. D. Black with luminous Arabic numerals and indexes, subsidiary seconds dial. Luminous "skeleton" hands. M. Cal. 479, gilt brass, "fausses côtes" decoration, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness: 11 mm.
