LeCoultre, movement No. 646761, case No. 512856. Made circa 1949. Very fine and rare, rectangular, 14K yellow gold wristwatch with triple date and moon phases.
C. Two-body, polished and brushed, black engraved graduation on the bezel, curved lugs, snap-on case back, correctors on the band. D. Two-tone silver with inner minute track, subsidiary dial for the seconds, outer painted blue Arabic numerals for the date, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the moon phases. Blued steel épée hands, red arrow for the date.M. Cal. 486/ AW, tonneau-shaped, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 24 x 31 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
