Watch with 7 Complications Attributed to LeCoultre & Co., No. 11276, retailed by L. Erbeau & Cie, 100, Bd. De Sebastopol, Paris. Made circa 1890. Very fine and very rare, large, 18K pink gold, minute-repeating, keyless, hunting-cased pocket watch with perpetual calendar, chronograph, moon phases and age.
C. Four-body, "bassine", massive, polished, sprung front cover with an engraved foliate monogram. Hinged gold cuvette engraved ?A. Delton? and the retailer?s address. D. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and fifths of a second chronograph divisions, Arabic five second numerals, subsidiary dials for the date, days of the week, the months with leap-year cycle and seconds, moon phase aperture with moon's age on the border. Gold spade hands. M. 20"', rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 35 jewels, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, visible chronograph work, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. Cuvette signed by the retailer. Diam. 56 mm.
