Jaeger-LeCoultre Floating Hands Jaeger-LeCoultre, Ref. 439. Made circa 1960. Fine, very unusual, gilt-brass, 8-day going table clock with the illusion of ?floating hands?.
C. Circular, gilt-brass, brushed and polished, circular base. D. Black with applied gilt-brass baton hour indexes. Tapered gilt brass hands fixed at right angles to black batons. M. Cal. 222, rhodium-plated, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring, index regulator. Case signed. Diam. 18.2 cm. Property of a French Collector
