Four-body, ?Louis?, the bezel decorated with black and white champlevé enamel and gold scrolls, the back cover with a painted on enamel monogram ?MD? on a mauve ground within a gold and translucent blue enamel border, outer border to match the bezel. Hinged gold cuvette engraved ?Marie Desquartier, 1ere Janvier 1895?. D. White enamel with radial blue Arabic numerals within gold paillon cartouches, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds. Gold Louis XV hands. M. 31 mm., matte gilt, 17 jewels, wolf?s tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blues steel fl at balance spring, index regulator. Diam. 38 mm.
