Fine and elegant, 18K white gold, diamond and pearl-set lady's back-winding lapel watch with a matching bow brooch set with 66 round diamonds, 34 pearls and one large diamond in the center, suspended by 2 white gold sections set with 6 round diamonds. Accompanied by a fitted box with a portrait of a lady on silk on the inside cover.
