Jaeger-LeCoultre, "Reverso, Répétition Minutes", No. 178/500. Produced in a limited edition of 500 examples in 1994. Very fine and rare, rectangular, reversible, minute-repeating, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with an 18K pink gold Jaeger-LeCoultre deployant clasp. Accompanied by a fitted box and certificate.
C. Five-body, solid, polished, reeded bezel, outer case back engraved: "Répétition Minutes", sapphire crystal. D. "Guilloché" silver with painted Arabic numerals on an outer plain reserve, at 5 aperture for the gold spinning governor. "Epée" blued steel hands. M. Cal. 943, rhodium plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 38 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, repeating on gongs by a fluted activating slide on the band.Dial, case and movement signed.Dim. 26 x 42 mm.
