Wood (probably rosewood) and chromium-plated metal, Art Deco desk compendium including:
an 8-day going, open-face, keyless-winding, round-shaped, clock, silver colour dial with luminescent suspended Arabic numerals (signed by Jaeger- LeCoultre, Le Sentier);
• an aneroidal barometer (signed by Peter, Lyon);
• a hair hygrometer (signed by “LM”, Léon Maxant, Paris);
• a thermometer (signed by Milbar, Paris).

The cabinet includes the four elements mentioned above on the front; on the top, three compartments probably intended for pens and inkwells; in the centre, notches for stamps; at the back, a large notch for sheets of paper.
