JULES JURGENSEN MINUTE REPEATING AND SPLIT-SECOND CHRONOGRAPH POCKET WATCH YELLOW GOLD Jules Jurgsensen, Copenhagen, made in Switzerland, No. 15257. Made in 1889. Very fine, rare and small minute-repeating 18K yellow gold hunting-cased keyless pocket watch with split- second chronograph. Accompanied by a copy of the Jules Jurgensen archive confirming the sale to Tiffany & Co. in the amount of CHF 1246.70

Four-body, "bassine et filets", inner back cover with dedication inscription. Glazed cover for the movement. White enamel, radial Roman numerals, red outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel breguet hands. 16''', rhodium plated, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator.
