julien Coudray 1518
?Cultivate the crafts and technical feats? would be a fitting
slogan for JULIEN COUDRAY 1518, whose pure and authentic
timepieces mirror the passion of the people managed
by Fabien Lamarche. Based in the heart of the Neuchatel
watchmaking country, the Manufacture consciously sets out
to be a melting pot of passions and astounding know-how
in the constant quest for technical and aesthetic perfection;
creating a magic formula sought after by epicureans and
watchmaking art lovers!
There is nothing to rival precious metals for standing
the test of time. Perhaps because watchmakers, more than
anyone else, have a firm grasp of the passage of time and a
love of precision, the Manufacture has chosen to work only
with materials that will survive the centuries, and whose
durability will maintain the precision of the watch. Whether
for visible or invisible parts, solid gold and platinum, plus
traditional grand feu enamelling, are the main materials
adopted for making the movement, case, dial and buckle of
the watches, which therefore become inalterable.
As its name indicates, this unique piece draws its
inspiration from the interpretation of the theme ?Draw me
a happy child? by a 5-year old schoolchild in Switzerland, in
the Le Locle district. In support of the Monaco Association
Against Myopathy, julien Coudray 1518 will approach
children from other countries in the same way, to create
other unique pieces on the same theme.
