Fine, gold-plated, 8-day going, hour and half-hour striking and repeating carriage clock with duo-date calendar, alarm with music, moon phases and lunar calendar. Accompanied by a key.

Gold plated, "Anglaise", polished, stepped molded base and top, corinthian pillars, glazed sides and back door, the top glazed to view the escapement, hinged carrying handle. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions, Arabic five-minute numerals, alarm setting, date and days of the week dials below, aperture for the moon phases with lunar calendar. Blued steel Breguet hands. Rectangular, gilt brass, four pillars, going barrels for both trains, 11 jewels, straight-line platform lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring, index regulator, striking and repeating on a gong, separate alarm train with further hammer, musical movement in the base playing three tunes activated by the alarm.
