Pocket watch, minute-repeater, chronograph, minute recorder; 18K yellow gold. Very fine and rare 18K yellow gold, open-face, keyless-winding, round-shaped, pocket watch, with subsidiary seconds at 6 and three horological complications: • Minute-repeater on two steel gongs (activated by the slide at 4 o’clock) • 1/5 second chronograph (activated by the single round push-piece located on the winding-crown); safety bolt locking the chronograph’s functions (slide at 1 o’clock) • Instantaneous 60-minute recorder Case-back guilloché (engine-turned) with “sunray” motif; inside a cartouche at 6 o’clock, the cypher “R L.”. Gilded dial with suspended Breguet numerals. 18’’’, gilded brass, going barrel, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensated balance with gold and platinum poising screws and blued steel hairspring with terminal curve, index regulator; chronograph work on the top plate.
