Gun metal niello, open-face, keyless-winding, round-shaped, pocket watch, with visible balance and one horological complication:
· Alarm on a steel bell (on the reverse, subsidiary dial at 12 o’clock with gilded metal index; clockwise time-setting by the finger)

Case-back with niello décor.

Eccentric white enamel dial with, in a chapter, suspended Arabic numerals; blued steel “Pear” hands.

Movement 20’’’, inverted calibre, gilded brass, going barrel, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance with poising screws and blued steel hairspring with terminal curve, polished steel index-regulator; independent alarm work mounted on the main plate, under the bell.

Movement based on the Swiss invention patent No. 31 781, delivered on October 7, 1904, to L. Sandoz-Vuille, Le Locle, for a “Mouvement de montre-réveil” (alarm watch movement).
