LE COULTRE REF. 462 OBELISK LeCoultre, Swiss, Ref. 462 Obelisk. Made circa 1970. An unusual brass 8 day-going desk clock. Accompanied by the original fitted box

C. Brass and plastic base set with ancient Egyptian motifs on the sides, plastic pillar forming the top of the obelisk.
D. Square silvered with four Egyptian-style birds on each corner, applied gold Arabic and baton numerals. Luminous baton hands
M. 18???, nickel-plated, 13 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, flat balance spring. Dial and case signed. Height 24 cm.
