Yellow gold plated (20 microns) and stainless steel, self-winding, “tonneau”-shaped, heavy gentleman’s wristwatch, water-resistant with screwed case-back, gilt colour dial with applied radial indexes with luminous dots, centre-seconds, and two horological complications:
· Instantaneous date of the month (aperture at 3 o’clock; recessed date corrector on the case-band at 3 o’clock)
· Alarm (winding by the crown at 3:30; setting on the central revolving dial by the crown when the button at 2:30 is pulled out)

Lemania, “Memomatic”-style

Lemania supplied his calibre 2980 to Omega to produced their “Memomatic” watches (“Seamaster” collection) under the name of calibre 980, “The only doubly-automatic alarm and calendar watch which rings to minute”.
