LEONIDAS YELLOW GOLD CHRONOGRAPH DRESS WATCH Leonidas, (St. Imier), case No. 309025. Made circa 1950. Very fine and attractive, 18K yellow gold keyless dress watch with chronograph and 30-minute register. Accompanied by an 18K yellow gold mesh fob on short chain.

Three-body, polished and brushed, stepped inclined bezel, flat band, snap-on back, co-axial button in the crown for the start/stop and return-to-zero functions of the chronograph. Brushed gold with applied yellow gold faceted baton and dot indexes and Arabic quarter-hour numerals, outer minute track with fifths of a second divisions and Arabic five minute/second numerals, subsidiary dials for the seconds and 30-minute register. Yellow gold epee hands. 17''', rhodium plated, line decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator.
