LONGINES YELLOW GOLD DOCTOR'S CHRONOGRAPH POCKET WATCH WITH PULSATION SCALE Longines, "Cronometro Medical", case No.2477369. Made circa in the 1920s. Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold, keyless pocket watch with date, chronograph and pulsometer scale.

Four-body, "bassine", solid, polished. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with "5 Grands Prix -Paris- Anvers-Paris- Milan" and exhibition medals. White enamel with bold painted black radial Roman numerals, outer minutes and fifths of a second track with five-minute/ seconds Arabic numerals in red, outermost red pulsometer scale graduated to 30 pulsations, sunk subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials. Yellow gold spade hands. Cal. 19.73N, 17 jewels, rhodium plated, fausses côtes decorations, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator.
