LONGINES, REF. 3205, ENAMEL DIAL CHRONOGRAPH, YELLOW GOLD Longines, "Chronograph", movement No. 5259852, Ref. 3205. Sold on September 19th, 1935 to Longines' Italian agent, Ostersetzer. Fine and rare, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with enamel dial, single button chronograph, register. Accompanied by a Longines extract from the archives.
Three-body, polished and brushed, inclined bezel, concave lugs, hinged cuvette and case back White enamel with painted black arabic indexes, subsidiary dials for the seconds and the 30-minute register, outer 1/5th seconds track, outer red telemeter and inner tachometer scales. Blued steel breguet hands. Cal. 164, frosted gilt, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, selfcompensating blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator.
