It remains in superb condition, with a preserved case, and the hallmarks on the back of the lugs are both clear and deep. The original yellow gold dial shows some oxidation and light scratches, attesting to its authentic vintage character.

This example comes with an extract from the archives dated March 12, 2024, which confirms that the watch was invoiced on September 14, 1944, to the company Wirth, Longines’s agent in Switzerland at the time.
