LONGINES REF. 6552 30CH STEEL Longines, movement No. 50117106, Ref. 6552-3. Sold on May 14th, 1969. Very fine and rare, stainless steel wristwatch with square button fly-back chronograph, instantaneous 30-minute register and tachometer. Accompanied by a Longines extract from the archives.

Three-body, polished and brushed, inclined bezel, concave lugs, snap-on case back. Steel with arabic indexes, subsidiary dials for the seconds and the 30-minute register, outer tachometer scale and 1/5th seconds track with 5-minute/seconds Arabic markers. Steel alpha hands. Cal. 30 CH, rhodium-plated, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self compensating blued steel Breguet balance spring, shock absorber, index regulator.
