?Pearl Rosette? Swiss, probably Geneva. No. 5155. Made for the Chinese market circa 1820. Very fine, 18K gold, enamel and pearl-set pocket watch with centre seconds.

Three-body, the bezel with dark blue enamel and half-pearl decoration, pendant and bow decorated to match, hinged and sprung back cover decorated with a swirling pattern of half-pearls and red and blue enamel. Hinged gold cuvette with dark blue geometric guilloche enamel decoration (chipped). D. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minutes / seconds track. Gold ?snake? hands. M. 41 mm. (18 1/4???), frosted gilt, Lépine caliber, standing barrel, cylinder escapement, three-arm gold balance, flat blued steel balance spring, index regulator. Diam. 48 mm.
