?Pearls & Rubies? Bautte & Moynier à Genève, No. 32954. Made circa 1830 for the English market. Very fine, 18K gold, pearl and ruby set pocket watch with clip attachment and key decorated en suite.

Two-body, sprung and hinged bezel set with 30 rubies, each surrounded by a border of seed pearls, the back with border to match the bezel, the centre set entirely with pearls and set with seven rubies, pendant and bow decorated to match. D. Gold with applied polished radial Roman numerals, multicoloured foliate gold border and centre. Gold hands. M. 30 mm. (13 1/2???), gilt brass full-plate, cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, three-arm brass balance, flat balance spring, pierced and chased continental type balance cock, silvered regulation dial. Case and movement signed. Diam. 43 mm.
