Notes

The case of this watch and possibly the dial plate date from the first half of the 17th Century. The movement and dial have been specially made by Lasacher for this case around 1730, probably at the request of the family whose arms appear on the balance cock. Alberten Lasacher (or Lasacker) Is recorded as working in Cologne in the 1730s.
