Jules Jorgensen, Copenhagen, Swiss, No. 10091, made in 1880. Fine 18K gold hunting cased, keyless minute repeating watch with split second's chronograph.
C. Four body, massive, "bassine et filets", polished, the cover engraved with a monogram. Hinged gold cuvette with engine-turned border. D. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer minute and chronograph ring and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 20 "' , nickel plated, 31 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Split seconds chronograph with visible work and push pieces in the band. Special Jules Jorgensen hand-setting device by means of the folding bow patented on 15 January 1867. Accompanied by photocopy of the original workshop log. Signed on the dial, case and movement. Diam. 53 mm.
