C. Three body mahogany box with external brass handles the glazed upper section with hinged lid. Brass bowl and gimballed suspension. D. Silvered with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute ring, subsidiary seconds and Up-and-down scale. Gilt brass "pear" hands. M. Brass, spotted finished full plate, relieved for the barrel, with conical pillars, fusee with maintaining power, Earnshaw type spring detent escapement, two armed bimetallic compensation balance with trapezoidal weights and timing screws, diamond end-stone, free sprung blued steel helical balance spring. Signed on the dial and movement. Dial diam. 85 mm. Dim. 16 x 16 x 17 cm.
