Frederic Boucheron, Paris, circa 1900. Very fine and and certainly unique, gilt silver mounted dendritic agate and rock crystal, eight day going table clock designed as a Louis XV long-case clock.
C. Highly elaborated roccoco style Louis XV long-case clock carved in a single block of dendritic agate with rock crystal glazed aperture on the front and behind the cockerel on the top, above the escapement. D. Pink enamel with red Roman numerals and a floral decoration. Gilt brass "Louis XV" hands. M. Gilt brass shaped rectangular with going barrel, platform with lateral lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Signed on border of the back door. Dim. 26,5 x 7 x 5 cm.
