Unsigned, Swiss, circa 1750. Fine gilt bronze eight day going traditional nocturnal clock from Bern area.
C. Gilt bronze stand with later feet, cast gilt bronze frets above and below the dial, the top one centred with a pierced fleur de lys. Silvered revolving dial with pierced Roman numerals. M. Brass rectangular with turned pillars, going barrel, verge escapement, short pendulum with silk suspension. Dim. 32 x 17 mm.
