Longines "Lindbergh", invented by Col. Chas. A. Lindbergh, US Pat. 1923305, launched on the Market in 1932. Very fine, hour angle, center second, silver gilt aviator 's wristwatch.
C. polished, revolving bezel with the enamelled 15 degrees graduations, graduated band, the ballshaped crown activates also the revolving central dial, silver gilt cuvette. D. white enamel with enamelled Roman numeral for the 12 hours indication, concentric, the 180 degrees, at the center, revolving champagne dial bearing the 60 minutes and the 15 degrees. "Breguet" blued steel hands. M. 17"' gilt brass, 15 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, antishock system, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In very good condition. Diam. 48 mm.
