Strasser and Rohde, Glashiitte, German, circa 1925. Fine and rare oak, 15 day going precision weight driven wall regulator.

C. Oak rectangular with glazed front door. D. Silvered regulator type with small Roman hour chapter ring, symmetrical subsidiary seconds above and outer minute ring on the bezel's border. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. Brass rectangular, typical of the Strasser and Rohde construction, dead beat anchor escapement with jewelled adjustable pallets, seconds beating pendulum with special Strasser and Rohde compensation and spring suspension. Signed on the dial. In very good condition. Dim. 150 x 40 x 23 cm.
