C. Four body, massive, "bassine et filets", polished, by Louis Weill (Master mark). Hinged gold cuvette. D. Silver engineturned with gold cast foliage decoration, eccentric chronograph ring, sunk subsidiary seconds and apertures for digital display of hours and minutes. M. 18"', gilt brass three-quarter plate with going barrel, English lateral lever escapement with pointed tooth escape wheel, cut bimetallic balance with ruby endstone, blued-steel balance spring with terminal curve. Minute repeating on gongs with slide in the band, chronograph with pushpiece in the band. Diam. 53 mm.
