"Chronometro Medical" Longines, "Chronometro Medical", case No. 2399186. Made circa 1910. Fine, keyless, 18K pale pink gold chronograph pocket watch with instantaneous 30-minute register and pulsometer graduation.

C. Four-body, "demi-bassine", solid, polished, gold hinged cuvette decorated with Grand Prix medals from different exhibitions. D. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer minute and chronograph divisions, outermost graduation to 30 pulsations, subsidiary sunk seconds and 30-minute register dials. Pink gold "spade" hands. M. Cal. 44 mm (20'''), maillechort, "fausses côtes" decoration, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed.
