C. Three body demi-bassine , the back centred with a glazed aperture. D. White enamel eccentric with Roman numerals and outer second ring on border of the bezel. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 19"' gilt brass full plate, centred with the straight line lever escapement with cut bimetallic balance and Breguet balance spring is set on a one minute revolving carriage visible through the back aperture. hl excellent condition. Diam. 53 mm.

This type of watch is usually sold under the trade-mark: Tourbillon Fureur, described and illustrated in R. Meis : Das Tourbillon, pp. 312- 313. It is extremely rare to find this type of watch in such a good condition especially for a model made of gun-metal.
