Audemars Freres, Swiss, No. 32809, made for Henry Capt, Geneve, circa 1895. Very fine 18 ct. pink gold hunting cased, moon phase astronomical, half quarter repeating, keyless lever watch with perpetual calendar.

C. four body, massive, "pomme" with reeded band, polished, the back with a black champleve enamelled and engraved monogram. Hinged glazed gold cuvette. D. white enamel with Roman numerals, sunk subsidiary dials for days of the week, dates and months with inner red leap year cycle and outer running seconds, moon phase aperture with its age on the border. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 18"', nickel plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, with gold wheel train, 31 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with special micrometric index. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Signed and punched mark inside the back. In very good condition. Diam. 55 mm.
