C. Four body, massive, "pomme et filets" with reeded band, and integral dome, marked "J.H." (Joseph Homeward), the engine-turned back with a small Cyrillic monogram, the cover with black champleve Roman numerals on the dial aperture border. D. White enamel by Willis, with Roman numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds and Up-and-Down scale. Blued steel "pear" hands. M. 17"', hinged frosted and gilt two third, fusee with chain and maintaining power, 17 jewels in screwed setting, Earnshaw type spring detent escapement with gold wheel, cut bimetallic balance with timing screws, free sprung helical balance spring with terminal curves, diamond endstones. Signed on the dial and back plate. In very good condition. Diam. 50 mm.
