H.G. Geneve, No. 1439, circa 1850. Fine 18 ct. gold and enamel, diamond set carnet de bal with a built-in watch, original gold key and pencil.
C. Double body rectangular with shaped corners, entirely engine-turned and engraved with foliage and convolvulus, the spring loaded lid of the watch with a blue translucent enamel over engineturning, decorated with rose-cut diamond inlaid branches of foliage. D. White enamel with Roman numerals, blued steel "spade" hands. Gold dial plate engraved with an inscription dated: 1858- 1921. M. Shaped gilt brass, bar calibre with going barrel, 8 jewels, cylinder escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring with regulator. Marked on the front plate. In very good condition.
