Tempor Watch M. F. G. & Co. and Grimme & Co. Watchmakers, established rue Charponnière, 3 in Geneva bought in 1908 the Charles Funk patent: a circle permitting to fit a Swiss movement in an American watch case. They created silver and gold watches with round or triangular movements, made for French freemasonry. In 1924, the company was established in rue du Mont-Blanc, 22, when it took the financial control of the Schwab G. & Loeillet company. These last two watchmakers, at the end of the 19th century, were first established at Eaux-Vives, in Geneva before setting up shop in rue du Mont-Blanc, 22. They registered the trademark Loeillet Watch on October 1, 1915, under the No. 37339. They were also specialized in watches for the freemasonry, creating 8-day powerreserve, triangular or round, silver, nickel and gold watches with classical movements containing 15 or 17 jewels.
