Very fine and rare, astronomic, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with perpetual calendar, over-sized date, moon phases and an 18K yellow gold A. Lange & Söhne buckle. Accompanied by a special fitted winding box and certificate.

C. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, rounded bezel, transparent case back with 6 screws, push button on the band to adjust the date, sapphire crystals. D. Matte solid silver with applied radial yellow gold Roman numerals, subsidiary dials for the days of the week, the months, the leap year, the 24 hours with day/night indication and the seconds, apertures for the oversized date at 12 and the moon phases. Yellow gold luminous "Alpha" hands. M. Cal. L922.1 ("Sax-O-Mat" with zero-reset feature), maillechort, "fausses côtes" decoration, 43 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, "swan-neck" micrometer regulator, 21K gold bi-directional micro-rotor with platinum segment, hand-engraved balance bridge.
