Square agate case with shaped corners, bevelled edges and set with four garnet cabochons, black champlevé enamelled gold bezel, gold engineturned dial with Roman numerals on a plain chapter ring, diamond-set hands. Gilt brass 18"' European Watch and Clock movement, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Measuring approx. 74 x 74 mm. Cartier Certificate of Authenticity N° 2139.
