Case made from an English gold coin dated 1937, opening by means of the exclusive Cartier concealed device, inner engine-turned fixed bezel, the matted silver dial with Roman numerals and blued steel "Breguet" hands. Rhodium plated, movement, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, 8 adjustments, Breguet balance spring. Measuring approx.37 mm. in diam. Cartier Certificate of Authenticity N° 2174.
