Rectangular black onyx, pavé-set in an Oriental motif with rose-cut diamond corners and thumb piece which is also set with an hexagonal-cut diamond, with three hinges that are each studded by a pair of rose-cut, diamond-set squares; the interior with a lipstick holder, two compartments and fitted mirror, in 18K yellow gold and platinum. Measuring approx. 92 x 65 mm. Cartier Certificate of Authenticity N° 2257.
