Gold rectangular case with engraved fluted decoration, the applied Royal crown with diamond accents, the watch fitted on the spring loaded sliding part designed as a drawer and set with a sapphire cabochon; silver dial with Roman numerals and blued steel "Breguet" hands. Rhodium plated, 9"' European Watch & Clock Co. movement, "fausses côtes" decoration, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, 3 adjustments, Breguet balance spring. Measuring approx. 41 x 30 mm. Cartier Certificate of Authenticity N° 2279.
