Rectangular silver case with white champlevé enamelled borders and bezel, entirely decorated with a translucent blue enamel over engineturning, blue hall feet and moonstone cabochon-set push piece, the white enamel dial with "Breguet" numerals and pierced gold arrow bands with diamond accents. Gilt brass rectangular movement with going barrel, frosted and gilt platform with straight line lever escapement, eut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Minute repeating on gongs with push piece at the top. Measuring approx. 70 x 47 x 38 mm. Cartier Certificate of Authenticity N° 2034.
