Of rectangular shape in 18K ribbed yellow gold with two compartments which open independently by a sliding band with an applied, square-cut diamond-set "M" nnonogram within a square-cut ruby frame, the ends entirely decorated with channel-set, calibré-cut subies; one compartment is divided between a lipstick holder and powder compact, while the other is open spa ce. Measuring approx. 15 x 5.7 x 1.2 cm. Cartier Certificate of Authenticity N° 2363.
