Oval case with rose-cut diamond-set bezel, the matted silver dial with Roman numerals and blued steel "spade" hands. Bridged at the top by an onyx and rose-cut diamond-set bail to a ring joined to a chevron shaped diamond-set slide which allows an adjustable height along a black vertical silk ribbon which is topped with a diamond-set link and terminates with a diamond-set fringe, the ribbon suspended from a diamond-set ring connected by an onyx and diamond design; the slide is detachable and can be worn as a pendant. Rhodium plated 5 1/2"' rectangular movement with canted corners, "fausses côtes" decoration, 19 jewels, straight fine lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, 8 adjustments, Breguet balance spring. Measuring approx. 15 x 32 mm.; 19 cm. in lenght. Cartier Certificate of Authenticity N° 2377.
